Tuesday's Treasures.

Hello,

Welcome to Tuesday's Treasures kindly hosted by Melody.

Today I wish to share with you a tin wall plaque I have nailed to our pantry door.

You know I love anything to do with roses. The little hand painted butterfly on the top right hand side is in memory of our Brother-In-Law Terry. The butterfly gets moved around amongst the roses. So that is really two Treasure's I have shared with you today.

Please check out Melody's blog to see what other Treasure's have come out of the cupboard this week.

Happy days.
Bev C

The roses are beautiful. Is the butterfly separate? I love the design on it with the little curly cues.

What a beautiful plaque, Bev. And the butterfly is a lovely remembrance of Terry. Somehow I think he would be amused and like it! Hard to believe he has been gone for four years, I still miss having a yarn and listening to his stories.

What a beautiful plaque - I love it. Except for one thing - not sure I could look at it everyday in my home, as my ex husbands name is Scott :-( but other than that it is just gorgeous.

Great to play along with you.

The pure essence of the roses makes one nostalgic for all things Granny had. Being a Granny of many years myself I wonder what we will be remembered by.
