"Makes Me Happy Monday" Number 10.

Hello,

Wow! we are up to week ten already. For this weeks dose of happiness I have chosen our home grown apples. I am so happy that I can head out the back door and pick organic produce that we have grown. Just look at the apple I picked this morning complete with a ladybird near the centre of it.
I love the fact that no sprays at all have been used on these trees.

I think this little apple tree has done a great job surviving the summer heat and producing some lovely fruit. Apples need a cold chilling season for the fruit to set. We certainly do get some cold winters here.

    yummo... that apple looks mighty good. It would make me very happy to walk outside and grab an organic apple too. Happy Monday Bev!

    Yummy organic apples. I love being able to pick fruit from the garden - how well your little tree has done!

    Thank you for sharing the picture of your apples. The little lady bug made me smile. Spring is definitely on its way for us here in the States and I can't wait to see a lady bug in my yard.
    I noticed the netting on your tree. What kind of critters are you protecting the apples from?

    Isn't it great to have fruit tress around. That is one i do miss from home in Asia as our house or where i grew up were sorrounded by fruit trees.
