"Friday Night with Friends."

Hello,

Hope you have had a great week. Now it is time for Friday Night with Friends.

I 'm dressed and ready to stitch.

 The tea is brewing.

The music is playing.

I will be stitching some hexies. I have decided to add a row of black hexies around each flower.
To see what every one else got up to make sure you check out Cheryll's blog.

Enjoy the weekend, I will be back for Happy Monday.

Happy days.

  6. So much fun to see what your Friday night group gets up to! Funny you're adding black to your hexes… many of my latest quilt pieces contain some black. I think black really makes the colors sing.
Is that bird silhouette your own design?? I have a love affair with crows…
Had our first frost last night. The night sky was brilliantly clear and Orion was ablaze at 4 am. The cold should bring our colors out in earnest now.

  7. Ooh-la-la....LOVE your hexies. The black border does add zing to the hexies. Love the centres of each one. Can't wait to see this pretty finished.

  8. Love your hexies, Bev. Such a clever idea what you've done with the centres and the black hexies just make those central motifs 'pop'! Absolutely beautiful. 😊
