"The perfect Mother's Day present for your children."

Hello,

Happy Mother's Day,

This year I decided to give a little gift to each of my children.

I am sure they will appreciate the time it took to stitch out each tea towel.

Nearly an hour of stitching in each towel.

I was attracted to the rose in this design by Urban Threads.

The words I fell in love with!

I also stitched up a hand towel for the kitchen with a design that I have had for many years.

Total cost of this years presents for my children $4.00 for a pack of towels. Their reaction will be priceless.

Have a great day.

Happy days.
Bev C

Happy Mothers Day to, for me it's tomorrow but for you now at this moment when I type this for you. You have made a nice present and the message is claire, we don't need any more didn't we. My kids are still living in the same house as I do, and we planned a breakfast for tomorrow morning I now we enjoy that time with each other. And after that the have work to do but that doesn't matter breakfast together is a big pressent. And when they life not in the same house a phone call is then a very nice gift I dont need more.
Take care and enjoy Mother's Day greetings Petra.

Hi Bev, I hope you had a wonderful mother's day and your children were suitably impressed with their tea towels! I think they are gorgeous!! I've loved having a look back at your posts, beautiful roses and projects.

Hope you had a good Mother's day Bev. I love the subliminal message on those tea towels. That must take you ages to stitch them. How I wish I've got such talent.

Enjoy and wishing you a wonderful week.

Hugs,
Aida

Love, love, love the message, Bev!! It did make me chuckle. My mother always bought me a new pair of gorgeous pyjamas each Mother's Day, she was very sweet. I hope you had a lovely Mother's Day.

Have to join the crowd Bev and say what a great idea to give these to your kids. The design is so lovely. Maybe I should look at getting an embroidery machine next. Hope your mothers day was enjoyable.
