I have caught a bug. I don't think it is too serious though. It is called "The Crochet Bug."
I used 8 ply yarn and a size 4mm hook. I found the pattern for the flowers on line.
Good things come wrapped in brown paper. On Monday I had a note from Australia Post that there was a parcel to pick up. Look how lovely the wrapping was done.
Inside was the book I had won.
Have a beautiful Mother's Day on Sunday. The Chrysanthemum's are from the plant I was given last year. It has tripled in size and blooming its heart out.
Happy days.

I have two hangers like those that my Gram made back in the 60's. I love them. Nothing falls off and they look so pretty. Thanks for the reminder. Little gifts like these are wonderful to have on hand. Wishing you a beautiful weekend.

Hello Bev,
Just Love those hangers. I have some that my Mom made for me years ago. I love them and I told my Husband that would be the only reason for me to learn how to crochet. Happy Mother's Day to you too and those are beautiful chrysanthemums Bev. A beautiful showing of yellow, wow!
Blessings
You know, I'm a bit happy, that my arm doesn't allow me to knit and crochet. That way I can't start a new passion ;o)
Love your hangers. The flowers give the finishing touch.

Happy Mothers Day, Bev. Hope you have a lovely day.
I've always wondered how to make those crochet hangers. Sounds pretty easy.
Your yellow mums are so beautiful! I love to hear how big they are after a year. They are some of my favorites, since they are the flower of my birthday month.

I love your covered coat hangers especially with the pretty flowers added. Lovely that your chrysanthemums are still flowering! Wendy
