"Tuesday's Treasures -Travelling Treasures Giveaway"

Hello,

Today I received from Lyndell the Travelling Treasure parcel.

"Travelling Treasures parcel of goodies."

"Out."
I took out the two fat quarters and the piece of spotty felt.

"In."

Seeing that this parcel only travels within Australia I decided to add two Australian floral themed fabrics and some Clover Needles for hand quilting.

You can find out how this parcel first started its travels in Australia at Debbie's blog.

If you wish to participate in this giveaway, you must have a blog or get someone to host the giveaway for you. There must be two patterns and a fat quarter in the parcel, you may add and take what you want.

If you wish to be the November host for this parcel please leave a comment on this post. Entries will close at midnight next Tuesday 8th October 2013.

If you thought that you only had to leave your name in the comment section, sorry. You have to find out the name of the oldest Elephant at the Perth Zoo and how old she is and what team did this animal pick for the winner of the AFL Grand Final this year.
All the answers are easily obtainable by using your Internet search engine. Have fun.

Happy days.
Bev C

Ha! I live in Toronto so I can't take part. I hope you get a lot of people that want to partake. It sounds like an interesting giveaway. I do like the Australian fabrics that you added. They are very pretty.

I've been out of action, Bev, so have had a lovely time catching up. I'm glad to see Lucy still like to prepare cakes for special occasions!

Hello Bev,
What a very nice parcel you received. Your Iris cross stitch is just gorgeous. It looks like a watercolor painting. Yes, you have been busy in your sewing room. love the table runner, very homespun.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Blessings,
Bobbie Lynn

Bev, that is a very clever idea to make us do some research! I think Travelling Treasures is such a lovely idea - we all get to share some goodies (if we get a turn) and find new bloggers in the process!

I'll go with Tricia being the oldest Elephant at the Perth Zoo and she is 56. Of course she would support the Fremantle Dockers. Certainly her carers would support Fremantle.

Tricia is the oldest ele at Perth Zoo, aged 56, and she tipped the Mighty Dockers. Sadly it didn't go their way!
What a great idea this Travelling Treasure is! x

Tricia the elephant is 56 and backed the Dockers. She obviously knows as much about AFL as me :)
