Tuesday's Treasure

Hello and welcome to Tuesday's Treasures.

Today I am treasuring, is that a word??? the cool breeze. For so long we have had days of 40 plus and nights around 25 and high humidity. Today I woke to a breeze and it is about 10 degrees cooler than yesterday at the same time.

Seeing I can't actually take a photo of the cool breeze I will share some photo's of some other Treasure's that we have at Kainga. Our chickens.  They are growing so fast and hopefully they will be great layers. Throwing scraps and weeds into there yard takes sometime you know. It is delightful to just watch them, certainly great time wasters.

Please make sure you check out all the Tuesday's Treasures participants over at Melody's blog. You will be delighted to see the variety of Treasure's.

Happy days.

I know what you mean about treasuring a cool breeze. It's a wonderful feeling when the humidity is through the roof and everything is still and then you feel it. Wonderful! Nothing like it! Love the girls in feathers.

Enjoy the breeze and your "girls" I hope they are great producers for you.

Hi Bev, I agree with you 100%, a lovely cool breeze, especially after sticky humid weather, is a delight.
Thank you too for showing your girls. They look very happy and healthy and I hope they reward you with lots of yummy eggs. Thanks for joining in again.

You certainly have had it hot over there. SA has had a very mild summer. Hope you're recovering from your operation. I'm just catching up on some blog reading!

Love the photos of the chickens. My daughter and her husband have some egg layers but they live all the way across the country.
Seriously, I don't think I could take temperatures that hot. Stay cool!

I can imagine that the cool breeze is a real treasure. Wish you some more this week. We could do with a few degrees more. It is still cold and wet here.
The chickens are real treasures too. Lovely pictures.

Hi, glad you are enjoying the lovely days! I am sure you will be plesed with your little chickens. I have 4 that are like these. They are smaller than my usual hens, however, they lay the largest white eggs. Wonderful for making cakes and merguines! Blessings,Kathleen
